4. RETENTION & DELETION

We believe in strict data minimization principles:

• Data Minimization: True Data Bridge does not store client data payload packages longer than is absolutely necessary to facilitate active transmission.
• 30-Day Window: For inquiry assessments or terminated project files, all technical architecture data is retained for a 30-day grace period to facilitate easy project resumption if requested.
• Automated Purge: On the 31st day following communication termination, all associated architectural details, credentials, and structural models are programmatically, irreversibly scrubbed from our active servers.
